Panel hosted by Experience Club and G4 during Brazil Week NY gathers entrepreneurs and executives for a strategic conversation on growth, leadership, and international impact.
One of the most remarkable moments of Brazil Week NY took place on Wednesday, May 14, when Experience Club and G4 Educação hosted an exclusive gathering for members and strategic partners. The Brazilian Entrepreneurs panel brought together 80 guests for a private lunch at the iconic Per Se — the three-Michelin-starred restaurant led by Chef Chad Palagi — and sparked deep reflections on leadership, business expansion, and Brazil’s role in the new global economy.
The panel featured a trio of influential leaders: Fabricio Bloisi, CEO of Prosus — one of the world’s largest tech and investment holding companies, operating in over 90 countries; Guilherme Benchimol, founder and chairman of XP Inc., who transformed Brazil’s financial landscape by democratizing access to investments and redefining the client relationship model in banking; and Henrique Dubugras, cofounder of Brex, one of the most prominent fintechs in the American market. The session was moderated by Tallis Gomes, cofounder of G4 Educação.
The event was held on the same day that Fabricio Bloisi was honored as Person of the Year by the Brazilian-American Chamber of Commerce — a recognition of his visionary leadership at the helm of companies like iFood, and his unwavering commitment to education, sustainability, and social impact.
THE ENVIRONMENT FOR DECISION-MAKING
Throughout the conversation, panelists examined the unique weight of leading billion-dollar companies and the complexity of making high-impact decisions in a volatile and interconnected world. Among the key insights was a common understanding: environments shape decisions. When leaders are surrounded by peers who share the burden of scale and responsibility, the standard is elevated — and decision-making gains depth and clarity.
Many ventures don’t stall from lack of effort, but from the absence of trusted spaces for meaningful exchange. In that vacuum, leadership becomes lonely, and strategy often defaults to instinct. The creation of real, trust-based networks — where leaders can share, reflect, and challenge one another — emerged as a recurring theme, seen as indispensable to long-term business resilience.
For Marcelo Goulart, CEO of Experience Club US, the event reaffirmed the club’s mission to build a new business ecosystem bridging Brazil and the United States. “Since bringing Experience Club to the U.S. four years ago, we’ve seen firsthand how creating a safe environment for meaningful exchange can impact an entire ecosystem. We aim to go beyond corporate networking: real connections, anchored in shared interests, leisure, and genuine trust, are the key to making these environments thrive,” he said.
Following the success of Brazilian Entrepreneurs, Experience Club and G4 have already confirmed a new edition for Brazil Week NY in 2026 — reinforcing their commitment to connecting leaders, fostering strategic relationships, and driving conversations that shape the future of business.
